How to Install

  • arrow Open Odoo ▶ Go to Apps ▶ Search Module ▶ Install.


How Downpayment History in Invoice works

  • arrow Once the installation is done, go to the Sales App. Create a new Sales order or select a drafted one. Confirm that particular order and hit on the CREATE INVOICE button


  • arrow Once the create invoice wizard is opened, Choose "Down payment (percentage)" radio button. Add downpayment percentage amount then hit the button "CREATE AND VIEW INVOICE".


  • arrow Once the invoice is created, Click on Print, select Invoice with downpayment history. Invoice PDF file will be generated.
  • arrow Here, Invoice is generated for 30% downpayment.


  • arrow Now, go to this particular sales order again. Create an invoice for the next 40% downpayment. Then, Print an invoice.


  • arrow Here, Invoice is generated for 70% downpayment (30% + 40%).


  • arrow Now, go to this particular sales order again and create an invoice for the remaining percentage (30%). Then, Print final invoice.

Configuration

Open Odoo ▶ Go to Odoo Apps ▶ Search for module ▶ Activate it.

Usage

Once the installation is done, go to the Sales App. Create a new Sales order or select a drafted one. Confirm that particular order and hit on the CREATE INVOICE button.

Once the create invoice wizard is opened, Choose "Down payment (percentage)" radio button. Add downpayment percentage amount then hit the button "CREATE AND VIEW INVOICE".

Once the invoice is created, Click on Print, select Invoice with downpayment history. Invoice PDF file will be generated.
