I tried many times to install this stuff on new databases, installation seems to work but doesnt give any new menu or way to access....

I am using "ohrms_core" and now when I try to use "education_core" then it shows the below error. How can solve this

I tried and tried even on new fresh database, installation seems to be done but there is no education menu or access!
