Product Low Stock Notification / Excel Report - INKERP Maintaining inventory is a tedious task and it becomes more difficult when we have a lot of different products. This app sends an email to the specified users when the stock goes below-defined qty. So that the purchase manager or inventory manager gets to know about that and can take further steps to maintain the required qty.
Available Key Features:
Configuration for Low Stock Notification: Go to (Settings ➔ Users & Companies ➔ Companies) here, open a company form view and go to "Low Stock Notification" Tab and Tick the Low Stock Notification? checkbox to allow notification email. 
Configuration for Global Product Low Stock Notification: Go to (Inventory ➔ Configuration ➔ Settings) here, in Product Low Stock Notification part select "Global" option and also set the Product Minimum Qty and select the "Notify Users" for the notification email and the email will send to selected users for all products whose "On Hand" qty is lower than Minimum Qty. 
Configuration for Individual Product Low Stock Notification: Go to (Inventory ➔ Configuration ➔ Settings) here, in Product Low Stock Notification part select the "Individual" option and also select the "Notify Users" for the notification email and the email will send to selected users for product variants whose "On Hand" qty is lower than Minimum Qty. 
Go to (Inventory ➔ Master Data ➔ Product Variants) here, open any product variant from view, and set the "Minimum Quantity" and we can set different "Minumum Quantity" to each Product only in case of "Individual" selection. 
Schedule Job/Product Low Stock Notification Cron : Go to (Settings ➔ Technical ➔ Schedule Action) and here, open a "Low Stock Report Cron" to set the execution time. Schedule Job/ Cron will run automatically at a specified time interval. 
Email Template for Low Stock Notification: Go to (Settings ➔ Technical ➔ Templates) and here, open a "Low Stock Email Template" to modify the email template subject and body if they don't need the default email format. 
Product Low Stock Excel Reports: Go to (Inventory ➔ Reporting ➔ Low Stock Report) here, click on the "Low Stock Report" menu to directly generate the Report. For Global Product whose "On Hand" qty is lower than Minimum Qty:
