Unpaid Invoice Reminder
This application is used to add the reminder for unpaid invoice this application simply sends the mail to the user whose invoice is not paid, as per admin selected time in Scheduled action.
1) Scheduled Actions view.
Here admin can see the fields like "Execute Every" here they can pass the values in day, hours etc. Also, admin have boolean for active it or as per need can do in-active.
Navigation: Settings -> Technical -> Schedule Action
2) Unpaid Invoice Reminder boolean view.
Here in the settings view, user can see the boolean for the Unpaid Invoice Reminder. so admin can activate this service for the particular user so that user can receive the mail for Unpaid Invoice.
Navigation: Settings -> Invoicing -> Unpaid Invoice Reminder.
3) Invoicing user form view.
From invoicing, admin can inactivate the mails of unpaid invoice. so, for that user the unpaid invoice mail reminder service gets un-subscribed. and user stop getting the mails for unpaid invoice. in addition, admin can access this boolean from the contacts.
Navigation: Invoicing -> Customer.
