Prix de vente sur demande d'achat
Calculer le prix de vente à attribuer sur une liste de prix en fonction du prix d'achat, la marge, et les frais.
Calcul de prix de vente d'un article pour différentes listes de prix pendant la procédure d'achat.
Contrôle des prix de vente en fonction des marges désirés.
Gère les devises et taux de change.
Pour déterminer un prix de vente dans une liste de prix :
I - Créer une nouvelle demande de prix
II - Ajouter un produit
Le système récupère les informations de l’article et les affiche dans le groupe «DONNÉES INITIALES».
III - Ajouter une ligne, dans le tableau « Liste de prix »
- Choisissez une liste de prix.
- Indiquez votre marge bénéficiaire en utilisons :
- Un pourcentage
- Un montant
- Le système calcul le prix de vente à utiliser pour cet article dans cette liste de prix.
IV - La ligne de produit est ajoutée
V - Confirmer la commande
Remarque
- Si vous indiquez une marge en pourcentage, le système calcule cette marge en montant et réciproquement.
- Si l’achat de cet article comporte des frais supplémentaires, vous pouvez les indiquer dans « Frais d’approche ».
- Ces frais d’approche seront pris en compte pour le calcul du prix de vente quel que soit la liste de prix choisie.
- Si l’article existe déjà dans la liste de prix choisi, le système vous donne le choix entre :
- Ajouter un nouveau prix (gestion des dates de validités des prix)
- Remplacer l’ancien prix
- Si la devise de l’achat et de la vente de l’article est différente, le système se charge de la conversion monétaire.
