Store Employee's First name, Middle name & Last name separately .
1. Initial Form view
- There are separate fields to enter the employee's first, middle & last name
2. After entering the details.
- After entering the first and last name, Then the Name field will automatically filled. No need to fill separately
3. When name is updated.
- After entering the first and last name, Now if we enter the middle name it will managed and placed at right position automatically. No need to fill separately
4. After save.
- After saving the details in the form, Only full name of the employee is visible.
