Odoo HR Employee Complaint Management App use to manage complain process for employees. This odoo apps allows employee to submit their complaint under complain category based on category responsible assigned to complain, responsible user can refuse or resolve this complain and auto mail can send to related user while complain stages is changed. This app also provide complaint pdf report to print.

After click on post button, responsible user see refuse and resolve button
Refuse Or Resolved Wizard
Onclick refuse or resolve button then following wizard is open
Refuse Or Resolved Mail
Onclick done button in wizard then mail is send to user
Refuse Or Resolved Details In Complain And Report
Onclick done button in wizard user can see refuse or resolve details and see close button and reset to draft button and see report to it details
Closed Complain
After click on closed button, state is change to closed
