Data Security Member's Configuration

• We have configuration to add data security members in company form view.

Assign Model Wise Export Limit to User

• We can assign model wise data export limit for Users in User Form view. we have option to assign export limit interval daily, weekly, monthly, quaterly and yearly.

• System will automatically update the model data export limit range using cron. for example daily, weekly, monthly ...etc automatically.

• We have separate menu available to see the all the configured export security configuration (User Wise) which is available only for System Admin.

Email Notification to Data Security Member As per Export Attempts

• Responsible users (Data Security Members) will receive email if user's export limit is excceded and he is trying to export data, with user's information like.. ip address, platform, operating system, browser used to export data and other module information.

• After the export data limit excceded if user will export data then system will show the warning message as first attempt Or second attempts.

• After the export data limit excceded if user will export data second time then system will show the warning message and block the user from the system if user have not "Export Data Manager" level access.

• System Admin can check the log from the Report Log menu.

Un-Block User with History

• System Admin can un-block user and reactivate by un-block button which is available in User From view.

• If the user is block or un-block, history will automatically generate.
