Schedule Purchase Order
Please find the Schedule Order Menu in the below mentioned path.- Go to Purchase Module --> Under 'Orders' menu, choose 'Schedule Order'
- Click on 'Create' button --> Enter details of the Customer for which Purchase Order has to be created automatically.

Schedule Order Creation
- Click on 'Create Button' --> Enter required mandatory details in the form with Customer details for which the automatic Purchase Order has to be created.
- Sequence will be created automatically while creation.

Schedule Order Line Creation
- Click on Add a Line Item and then Select the Products along with its Quantity for which Purchase Order has to be created automatically.
- Also click on Add a Line Item and Update the Schedule Quantity and Schedule Date for which Purchase Order has to be created automatically.

Quantity Mistmatch Warning
- If the Schedule Quantity is greater than Product Quantity, then the below mentioned Warning will get popped up.

Product Quantity and Schedule Quantity
- Product Quantity and Total Value of the Schedule Quantity should be equal.

Schedule Order
- Please find the create Schedule Order in the below screenshot.
- Sequence will be created for Schedule Order while creation.
- Based upon the Selected Customer, Product, Schedule Quantity and Schedule Date specified in the Schedule Order, Purchase Order will be created automatically.

State Change
- By clicking on Confirm button, the state will be moved to Running state and then schedule order will be created for the same.

Schedule Order Cron
- This is an Automatic Action which will get executed on Daily Basis for the creation of Purchase Orders based upon the schedule date in schedule orders.

Quotation View in Schedule Order
- Please find the created automatic Purchase Order in Schedule Order Screen in the below screenshot.

Schedule Order Line Updation
- Please find the Closed Date updated for the Schedule Order Line after the creation of Purchase Orders.

Purchase Order List View
- Please find the Automatic Purchase Order Created in the below screenshot.

Purchase Order Creation
- Please find the Automatic Purchase Order Created in the below screenshot as per the Customer, Product and Schedule Quantity in Schedule Orders.

Schedule Order Screen
- Once after closing all the Schedule Order Lines by creation of Purchase Order, Schedule Order can be closed through Close Button avaliable in Schedule Order Screen.

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise as well as Odoo Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
