TENTATIVE PRICELIST
This Module is used to create a Tentative Price List for Purchasable Product(s) while setting maximum Allowed Unit Price within a Date range.
Highlights
Set Maximum purchase amount
Maximum purchase amount can be set for respective Product(s) to be purchased in the tentative price list.
Set date range
Tentative price list validity can be defined by date range.
Multiple Purchase Orders
Same Tentative Price List [TPL] can be mapped in mulitple purchase orders.

It Works for Multicompany Architecture
Advantages
- Multiple Purchase Orders with the same Tentative Price List [TPL] is Allowed.
- In case of Purchase(s) from multiple vendors, the TPL balance amount for respetive product(s) will be updated automatically in TPL.
- TPL amount is checked based on subtotal field in Line item (works with both, Tax Inclusive & Tax Exclusive)
- It works for Multicompany Architecture.
Benefits
- Set Maximum Allowed Unit Price [TPL Amount] for respective Product(s) to be purchased in the tentative price list.
- The tentative price list will be valid & Visible only within the selected Date range.
- Provision in built to 'Edit' / 'Reset to Draft' for Manager User Group only.
Creation of Tentative Pricelist.
Mapping of pricelist in purchase order.
Purchase order confirmation.
Warning will be raised.When a respective product's unit price in purchase order is greater than its TPL price per unit set in the selected Tentative Price List.
Warning will be raised.when the Purchased amount for a product (with respect to all Purchase orders for respective product within the valid date range set in TPL) is greater than the Tentative Target amount.
Purchase order is confirmed in order to update the Purchase amount in respective Tentative Price list.
'Remaining TPL amount' & 'Purchased amount' is updated in Tentative price list.

Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise as well as Odoo Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.
