Purchase Request Management
This module allows to create a request for purchase, the request will go under some certain approvals and then user can create a purchase order or agreement. This module allows you to merge different requests and create single purchase order or agreement.

Create Purchase Request
You can create purchase requests by simply adding it's Reference or Title. User can select appropirate category of request and then add the lines that need to be purchased.
Purchase Request Approval
The request can have approval category and based on the selected category the system sends email/notification to approve a purchase request. Each purchase request 3 states for approval i.e. Manager > Procurement > Finance > Approved
Create Purchase Order/Purchase Agreement
User can merge several purchase requests that are approved in order to create purchase order to purchase agreement on the spot.
Purchase Request Category
You can create different request categories based on your business needs and assign different approvers.
Purchase Request Printout
User can merge several purchase requests that are approved in order to create purchase order to purchase agreement on the spot.
