Odoo Guest Management app
Odoo guest management is a simple solution developed by Argon Technologies to keep track of guest inside an organization/event. The solution focuses on avoiding complexities. Guest visit can also be termed as guest register.
Module name : guest_management
Grant Access for the guest management feature.
The flow starts with Guest menu. When a guest shows up, the receptionist or security person checks the guest list to see if the person is already there in the guest master list.
The search can be done using name of the person. If found, the visit can be logged using the "Barcode Scanning" option in the Barcode scanning option. If the person is visiting for the first time, the receptionist or security person can create a new master record with necessary information of the visitor.
Along with common details like person name, mobile, expected time etc. the guest visit marks exit time also.

Once the entry information is processed, the Guest will be provided with Badge which contains the Guest identification details.
The gest visit log can be used for analysis purpose like :
