Capturing Photo/Video on Delivery

Allow user to take a photo or record a video on delivery and save it to Delivery Form.

INSTRUCTION

Under Delivery Form, there is new button called "CAMERA", user touch on this button to start taking photo/recording video

After camera is opened, user can touch "Capture Image" or "Video Record"

When finishing, click Save Image, then click Back Arrow to back to delivery form

To view the photo/video captured, click on "Captured Video" tab:
