Manufacture Raw Material Checking

The Manufacture Raw Material Checking module for Odoo helps you streamline your production process by ensuring that all required raw materials are available before starting the manufacturing order (MO). This prevents production delays and improves inventory management.

Installation

This module can be installed like any other Odoo module. Simply upload the module to your Odoo addons directory, update the apps list, and install the module through the Odoo interface.

Usage

After installation, navigate to the Manufacturing Orders section. When creating or validating a new MO, the system will automatically check if all raw materials are available in the required quantity. If the stock is insufficient, the system will warn you or prevent you from continuing until the stock is adjusted.

Search and Check BOMs

Use the search feature to quickly find BOMs based on their name and quantity. For multiple BOMs, separate each name and quantity by commas (e.g., "BOM1,10, BOM2,5") to perform multi-BOM checks simultaneously. This is particularly useful when planning larger manufacturing batches.
