Recurring Invoices
With growing business we have to also take care that many of our business processes should be automated.
This module can help accounting users to generate invoice automatically as per defined time duration.
It improves case flow, speed up payment, reduces time for individual invoice creation and automates payment process.
It also improves customer relationships when invoice creation will be scheduled on early basis.

Recurring invoice will be automatically created as per duration configured.
Cancel recurring invoice at any time.
All recurring invoices summary at one place.

Make Recurring Invoice
Make Recurring Invoice
To Invoice Make a Recurring, go to Invoicing => Customers => Invoices.
In action menu click on "Make Recurring" action for generate recurring invoice.

By clicking on "Make Recurring" option, wizard will pop-up which has following functionality.
Fields Description
| Name: | Name is a way to know which Recurring invoice it applies towards. |
| Partner: | Define Customer name. |
| Recurring Interval: | Multiply with recurring interval like if we give value '2' system will create recurring invoice every 2 months. |
| Recurring Number: | How many recurring invoice want to create by a user. |
| Recurring Unit: | Option is available like Days, Weeks, Months. |
| First Date: | Recurring start Date. |
Save information & click on 'Process' button for the start recurring.

In recurring invoices menu show all the recurring invoices history.
