What is Itsme ?
A very secure way to identify yourself ! Itsme is a mobile app that communicates with your ID card. It has the advantage of being fully transparent with your data.
You'll have the entire control of your data, and know exactly when and what information you share. Say goodbye your card reader to finnalize your transactions ! Itsme is clearly the simplest solution to authenticate yourself ! Itsme was created in Belgium and has more than 2 million users and had an increase of 30% users since covid-19.
This mobile app is available in Belgium and in Luxembourg but they have the ambition to expend in other European countries. Itsme is GDPR-compliant.
Why should you add Itsme to your Odoo ?
It's an additional security for your company. In fact, thanks to itsme, you won't have any doubts of who is making actions or who has access to the data of your company.
Itsme can create official signatures for contracts, you can sign with itsme which it's the same as signing with your ID card because it's linked with the pin card of your phone and with your national registration number.
Itsme is the safest and easiest way to verify the identification of your staff.

Sign up
Visitors can create an account on Odoo and know exactly what information they are sharing. Odoo can recover personal data after with the visitor's agreement.
Log in
Users who are registered with itsme can easily log in by using their itsme Mobile App.
User data
Users data are collected from itsme and populate the contact form. User don't need to fill any form. All is made directly on the sign up of the user with his acknowledgement.
Configuration
Access to the OAuth Providers menu
Go to Settings > Users and Companies > OAuth Providers
Configuration Itsme
In this step, you have to provide the following info:
Client ID - Login - Scope - The key (for the "Encryption" tab)
This information is sent by Itsme.
