After installing the module, create a new warehouse for repair products under Inventory → Configuration → Warehouses, which will automatically generate a repair location that can be viewed under Inventory → Configuration → Locations (ensure location settings are enabled in Settings → Inventory → Warehouse if the Locations menu is missing).

To create a Repair Location without adding a new warehouse, please ensure this box is checked to proceed further.

Repair type operation for the warehouse has been automatically created.

Navigate to the Helpdesk menu, select the appropriate Helpdesk Team, and choose the desired Operation Type.

Click the Return button on the selected ticket.

Please select the operation type and return location for the return picking.

You can view the destination location of the return picking as the repair location.

Navigate to the product in the return picking, and you'll notice a smart button displaying the count of products currently in the repair process.

Generate a Repair Order from the selected ticket, and you'll see the warehouse and repair location included in the order.

Fulfill all the steps involved in the repair order process.

Once the repairs are complete, the product will be returned to the customer.
