Debug Assets Permission
Secure your Javascript code by restricting the user’s not going to Debug Assets Mode window
General Setting
Go to the General Setting of Odoo System.
Go to "Odoo Debug Assets Permission" tab
Now, click the General Settings tab, where you will be able to see Odoo Debug Assets Permission as shown below.
You can enable or disable the Debug Assets Mode functionality as per your choice.

Please find the below response for same, We have checked the same in our system and tried to reproduce the same but it is working as expected, Debug Assets Permission is getting installed without any error. Please find the attached video for your reference. May be you are getting this error while installing because the "Debug Assets Permission" module which you are trying to install is not downloaded properly or the downloaded file of is corrupted. So we request you to please again download the Debug Assets Permission module and try to install it in a brand new database. If still facing the same issue then please share us your test server access and zip file of your database backup so that we can check and provide you the optimal solution.
