Custom Register Payment Module
Overview
When we try to register payment for customer invoice/vendor bill, at a time, we can register a payment for single company. So, in this module, we can register payment for multiple companies for the same customer/vendor. Once we try to register payment for a single customer/vendor for multiple customer invoices/vendor bills, we can register payment for one company and we will have intercompany journal entries for the different invoices/bills and they will be of another companies.
How It Works

After installation of the module, goto customer invoices/vendor bills and create 2 invoices of with same customer/vendor and different companies.

Select the invoices/bills of same customer/vendor and different companies and click on "Register Payment" button.

Select a company and it's related journal for which you want to make a payment.

Select a Difference Account and Click on "Create Payment" button.

A payment would be created with the company selected while registering payment. An inter-company journal entry would be created, which will handle the inter-company customer invoice payment.

The invoice gets paid for the intercompany company.

If you click on the "i" button, you can see that the invoice is adjusted with the inter-company journal entry.
