POS Remove restriction on change quantity
Module extending l10n_fr_pos_cert for disabling the function that prevent decreasing line quantities / removing lines

Usage
To use this module, you need to:
- Open a point of sale session
- Select products and set a quantity
- Decrease quantity for some products (no more negative amount line is created)
