Advance Network IP Printer - Community / Enterprise

Connect printers over netwrok without the needfor Iot Box.


Works perfectly for local networks or remote printers.


Configure printers using IP & Port.


Module works for local installation and for cloud based systems also.


Simple Installation and setup no need for networks experts.


Enable distribution of order into multiple printers.


Order splitting based on the POS categories - each item will be sent to the proper printer based on the pre-assigned setup.

Installation Guide

Install Netifaces Library using: pip3 install netifaces.


Install the modules from the applications list.


Go to the Point of sale settings.


Enable Direct devices option and add your printer IP:PORT as shown below - this will be the main printer (Cashier).


Enable Orders printing option and add as many printers as you want and configure them for the categories to be sent to - Check printer setup screen below.

1) it works remotely, this would connect with a vps where is odoo with docker?
2) Some VPN must be used between the cloud server and the clients
3) Is there a separate module for this module to work with pos restaurant or no restaurant?
4) You need a previous one for this module to work

Hi, this module works with Odoo server in other net.  Example:  IP address Odoo Server: 190.7.1.120
Terminal 192.168.1.10   Printer 192.168.1.20??

Yes, you can configure the printers in different network just set the public IP  and the port for the printer in the settings of the POS and it will connect. if you are connecting them in a local network configure a port forwarding for the printers in your router and you will get the orders directly.

We have already used it with remote server setup for multiple clients.
