O2B So Partial Confirm: User Guide
Create Sales order: Go to Sales --> Orders
Click on 'Partial Confirm' button and select line to confirm.
After partial confirm, status of sale order line changes to 'Partial State'.
Remaining product is shown on the sale order line.
Confirmed products are shown in delivery.
