Installation
- Download ODOO Zendesk Connector module and place into addons directory
- Restart Odoo server / service
- Open setting, activate Developer Mode
- Go to Apps
- Update Apps List from top menu
- Search the Zendesk and install it
- Happy to use Zendesk
How Its Work
- Go to Zendesk Setting
- Click Settings now in Admin Center
- Expand the Apps & Integration menu option
- Click to Zendesk API
- Enable Email & Password authorization permission
- Install ODOO Zendesk Connector Module
- Go to Zendesk from menu
- Fill out all required credentials (DomainName, Email, Password)
- Select specific option(s)
- Adjust datetime filter
- Click on Sync button
- Import History menu shows how many records are imported
- There will be no record if nothing is imported.
- Export History menu show how many records are exported
- There will be no record if nothing is exported.
