- Knowledge Management System is a mini forum designed to share knowledge within an organization and outside it.
- Complete Forum Pack with bookmark facility , points and vote functionality and commenting feature

Clicking on 'Knowledge' menu will take us to the 'Home' screen with all the required information at a glance
The Home screen provides information on the points, our articles and bookmarks as well
Access Rights of users can be set accordingly
Article menu provides us access to the article page , where published articles will be visible.
Users can write an article of their choice
Article page with vivid features
Users has the freedom to keep their articles in draft state as long as they want. Unpublished articles are only visible to the article owners.
Universal Article search with which users can search articles based on search tags.
Search Pop-up where articles based on the search tags will appear.
Notification feature helps users get alert on new articles and announcements
Users editor permission can create Announcements. Only Published Announcements are visible to users
Announcement can be created and articles can be mentioned.
Managers can create Documents.
All the bookmarks are available under one roof.
All the categories and configurations can be setup.
Employee credit point scheme can be defined.
Credit scheme can be selected in the settings to reflect in all employees. Only active credit scheme can be selected.
