This module adds an Experience tab in the application form that allows managing applicants' experiences.
Description
Over the past few years, the hiring process has changed a lot. Suppose organizations want to be active in the recruitment market and approach candidates in a targeted manner to attract the best minds. In that case, they must actively and dynamically restructure and modify their recruiting processes.
The "Recruitment Experience" module extends the functionality of the Odoo Recruitment application by providing a specially designed feature to record applicants' experiences during the recruitment process. As a result, this feature allows you to deliver exceptional talents to your organization, reduces manual efforts, and ensures that the most skilled applicants are selected.
