Property Rental Management
User can create rental contracts and scheduled invoices for any rental property, Tracking the dates of contract by category. User will find all the current current active, inactive and total values in comprehensive category dashboard view

Category Dashboard
In category dashboard user can see how many property rental contract running, inactive and total values. User can click and see the records of each category total records, active and inactive values
Property
In Property Menu user can create the properties and aslo user can fill all information properties like name, category, monthly value, daily value, etc.
Contract
In contract menu user will able to customer, property, start date and end date, etc Also user will able to generate the invoice plans(Full payment, Monthly Installment) Based on contract invoice plan user can generate the invoices through automation wizard for running contracts
In automation menu user can generate the invoices for specific month by selecting any date in that month and clicking generate invoice button.
Reports
User can able to see the rented properties in gantt view report, The report is generated based on start date and end date of the property contract user also can select the category and generate the report.
