Outgoing Email Aliasing

Helps to Configure Email Aliasing Using Different Outgoing Servers.

Overview

This module brings feature to sent Emails from different Outgoing Servers. User can update Different Email Templates with Common Outgoing server. Also, module brings an option to select email template's corresponding Outgoing Server from its form when you sent SO | PO | Invoice | Credit Note etc.

No additional configuration required

Features

  • Update Common Outgoing Server for Different Email Templates.
  • Set Outgoing Server for Different Email Templates directly from Form ( SO | PO | Invoice | Credit Note ).
  • Direct Access to Email Templates from Settings.
  • Company can send email from different departments using different Outgoing Mails. For Eg : If an invoice is sending to customer, the alias mail will be related to accounting.

Screenshots

Set Different Outgoing Mail Servers.

Select email templates and Update Common Outgoing Server.

Open Wizard View and select the Outgoing Server. Update the Templates.

Also you can set Outgoing server directly from template wizard. Feature is available in Sales | Purchase | Invoice | Credit Note
