Requirements

  • Must have an account in Xendit
    • Register an account here: https://dashboard.xendit.co/register/1

Get Xendit Credentials and Configure Callback URL

  1. Go to https://dashboard.xendit.co and login
  2. Go to Settings > API keys
  3. If there is no existing Secret Key yet, click on Generate secret key
    • Enable 'Write' access for both In and Out
    • Copy generated secret key for configuring Xendit integration later on in Odoo
  4. Go to Settings > Callbacks
  5. Click on View Callback Verification Token
    • Copy verification token for configuring Xendit integration later on in Odoo
  6. Set Callback URL for 'Invoices paid' as below
    • https://<odoo server url>/payment/xendit/webhook
    • Exmaple: https://mycompany.odoo.com/payment/xendit/webhook

Install Xendit Payment Acquirer in Odoo

  1. Activate developer mode
  2. Go to Apps
  3. Click on Update Apps List
  4. Search and install Xendit Payment Acquirer

Activate Xendit Payment Acquirer

  1. In Odoo, go to Invoicing > Configuration > Payments > Payment Acquirers
  2. Search for Xendit and click Activate
  3. Set to Enabled or Test Mode and specify Secret Key and Verification Token (for Callback)

Use to Pay in Checkout / Sales Order / Invoice

  1. User selects Xendit payment method
  2. User is redirected to Xendit payment page
  3. After successful payment, user is redirected back to Odoo
