Lookup & History
History look-up is available for both incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. If the contact information is available in Odoo, the Telavox for Odoo will look up the number and fetches all relevant contact information. View the customers' call history, and with a single click, navigate to the contact card. You can also place a call directly.

Requirements
Telavox Subscription
This module requires a Telavox PBX subscription to work.
If you don't have a Telavox PBX subscription, you can contact Telavox for a quotation.
Security Token
Each employee needs a generated personal security token connected to their user.
With a Telavox PBX subscription, the token is created from the Telavox web or app under My Account > Username and Password > Manage tokens and is added to each Odoo user Settings > Users & Companies > Users > Select User > Preferences > PBX Telavox Key. Tokens are user-specific.
Internet Access
Since this module integrates with the cloud-based Telavox PBX, it will require access from your Odoo server to the Telavox PBX server. All communications requests are from the Odoo server to the Telavox PBX server.
