To get started with the Website Free Delivery Offers Message Module install it and ensure the Delivery Methods option is enabled in Sales settings. Configure the free delivery Amount in the shipping method. Customers can add products to the cart, where the system shows the real-time remaining amount required for free delivery. An info icon 🛈 provides quick access to delivery conditions. As the cart updates, the message updates dynamically. Once the Amount is reached, a notification confirms free delivery, which is automatically applied during checkout and reflected in the order and backend.
Website Free Delivery Offers Message Odoo App
1. After installing the module, navigate to Sales → Settings, and under the Shipping section, ensure that the "Delivery Methods" option is enabled to configure and use shipping methods properly.
2. Go to Sales → Configuration → Delivery Methods, enable the “Free if order amount is above” option. Set the minimum order amount to configure free delivery as per Odoo standard.
3. User can add products to the cart and proceed to "Checkout" from the Website.
4. Display free delivery offer information on the website based on the selected shipping method. When the user clicks the info icon 🛈, it shows the free delivery conditions, and the remaining amount required for free delivery is also displayed dynamically.
5. Once the free delivery condition is fulfilled, the selected shipping method becomes free and a success notification is displayed, confirming that the user has unlocked free delivery.
6. Free delivery is applied on the payment page, where delivery charges are shown as zero and a confirmation message indicates that free delivery has been successfully applied.
7. Users can view free delivery in the "backend" website order, with delivery charges automatically set to zero.
