Overview
The User has the ability to manage losses of product components during production. It allows setting the percentage of losses during the production of a specific product. All components are displayed on the "Components" tab that must be used to create a product for production. It allows to manage the usage of resources while production.

How it works
 |
Click on the 'Apps' module, find the 'Product efficiency in BOM' module from the list, and click on the 'Activate' button. |

Open the 'Manufacturing' module, click on the 'Products' and 'Bill of Material' tab. |
|
Click on the 'New' button and fill in the required fields. Also, add the components to the new Bill of Materials. |

Configure the 'Product Efficiency' in percentage due to the required product information. Click on the 'Product Efficiency' field and change the percentage of the component. Click on the 'Save' button. |

Click on the 'Operations' and 'Manufacturing Orders' tab. Create the new Manufacturing Order by clicking on the 'New' button. |

Choose the product with Bills of Material and all the components are displayed automatically on the 'Components' tab. |

Pay attention! The Quantity field should be filled. |

Also, it is able to print the Bill of Material document after confirmation. Click on the 'Product' and 'Bill of Materials' tabs. Choose the required document, click on the 'Print' and 'BoM Overview' buttons. |

It is available to print Manufacturing order. Click on 'Operations-Manufacturing' orders tab, choose the required order. Click on 'Print' button and choose 'Production order'. |
