You can give access to the user to archive or unarchive repair orders.
There is an action to archive repair order
You can see repair order is archived
Filter to show archived repair order
Action for Unarchive repair order
Also you can archive or unarchive multiple repair orders in single action.
Unauthorize user cannot archive/unarchive repair order records(need to assign group to the user)
