Features
Enable/Disable "Show Debug Icon" option for Specific Users
Based on the group debug tool will be shown.

Default preview when enable Debug Mode.
Current view of debug tool without the custom module.
Enable "Show Debug Icon" option from Users form view.
When the "Show Debug Icon" option is turned on, you'll be in the debug mode view. To exit debug mode, simply turn off the option.
Then save the settings to disable Debug Mode(After the window reloads, the icon will be hidden).
Disable "Show Debug Icon" option from Users form view.
Debug icon will be removed after disabling the "Show Debug Icon" and save the settings.
