Send SMS messages from quotations / sale orders
This app allows you to quickly send SMS messages from a quotation or a sale order to a customer.
This module is specifically built for quickly sending SMS messages and for having the ability to
track SMS engagement through the SMS template. The SMS template fills in an unique link that is
generated through the 'Link tracker' app from which the statistics can be viewed.
This app connects quotations with the portal and the SMS features to create a more dynamic way to
reach your customer while also having more insights.
Contains
- SMS option from mobile phone number of customer by clicking on the SMS icon.
- New action named 'Send SMS to customer' that opens the SMS dialog to create your own SMS message.
- New button named 'Send customer SMS' that loads an SMS template with an unique and trackable link:
- All SMS links are trackable and viewable from the SO or from the 'Link Tracker' app:
