Quotations / Sales Orders Smart Filters
This Smart Filters are added to the top of list and kanban views to quickly filter records and to get overview of data related to quotations and sales orders
Using quotation smart filters
User can quickly filter records by clicking on 'To Sent', 'Waiting', 'Late' and 'Confirmed' filter buttons
Features
- Average order value (AOV).
- Average lead time to confirm the sales.
- Total sales during last 7 days.
- Total sales during last 30 days.
- Total quotations sent during last 7 days.
- Quotations sent during last 30 days.
- Total number of 'To Send' quotations (Quotations generated by all salespersons and remaining to send through email).
- Total number of 'Waiting' quotations (Quotations generated by all salespersons (for which quotation date is less than today) and sent to customers but remaining to get confirmation from them).
- Total number of 'Late' quotations (Quotations generated by all salespersons and sent to customers but remaining to get confirmation from them even after quotation date is gone).
- Total number of 'Confirmed' quotations (Quotations generated by all salespersons and confirmed by customers).
- Own total number of 'To Send' quotations (Quotations generated by login user and remaining to send through email).
- Own total number of 'Waiting' quotations (Quotations generated by login user (for which quotation date is less than today) and sent to customers but remaining to get confirmation from them).
- Own total number of 'Late' quotations (Quotations generated by login user and sent to customers but remaining to get confirmation from them even after quotation date is gone).
- Own total number of 'Confirmed' quotations (Quotations generated by login user and confirmed by customers).
Using sales orders smart filters
User can quickly filter records by clicking on 'Confirmed', 'To Invoice', 'Upselling' and 'Fully Invoiced' filter buttons

- Total number of 'Fully Invoiced' orders (Orders confirmed by all salespersons and from related order lines, product quantity invoiced larger or equal to the ordered quantity).
- Own total number of 'Confirmed' orders (Quotations generated by login user and confirmed by customers).
- Own total number of 'To Invoice' orders (Orders confirmed by login user and from related order lines, product already delivered but remaining to generate invoice).
