Currently, in odoo, you can't create a purchase order/request for quote from lead or opportunity. This module allows creating a purchase order/ request for quotation from CRM (lead/opportunity). You can convert lead/opportunity to RFQ/PO.

You can add direct products in a purchase order from CRM.
The PO/RFQ smart button will show the top right in the form view.
You can easily see RFQ/PO related to lead/pipeline and quickly view as well.

Request For Quotation Flow
You can add a product from the "Product For Purchase" tab. PO/RFQ smart button will show the top right in the form view. Click the "Purchase Order" button to create a direct purchase order from lead or opportunity.
After press the "Purchase Order" button it will open wizard select RFQ/PO and choose the scheduled date, here we choose the request for quotation.
Click the PO/RFQ smart button to see created RFQ/PO.
PO/RFQ smart button list view looks like below.
In that form view, you can see the lead where PO/RFQ created directly and also can see product detail.
Purchase Order Flow
You can add a product from the "Product For Purchase" tab. PO/RFQ smart button will show the top right in the form view. Click the "Purchase Order" button to create a direct purchase order from lead or opportunity.
After press the "Purchase Order" button it will open wizard select RFQ/PO and choose the scheduled date, here we choose the purchase order.
Click the PO/RFQ smart button to see created RFQ/PO.

Multi-Languages
We have added predefined some languages(English, German / Deutsch, Arabic, Spanish / Español, French / Français, Chinese) in module, If you want to add other language you can contact us on support@softhealer.com. We use google translator tools for multi-languages so possible translations can be not accurate. we accept suggest to make more accurate translations also on support@softhealer.com.

I need a solution that can cater to following steps
1. Add Products to Opportunity
2. Create RFQ from Opportunity -->User can select all or some products to be added in RFQ
3. Create Quotation from Opportunity --> User can choose to have all or some of the products from Opportunity
4. Convert Quotation created in Step 3 to SO
5. Convert RFQ Created in Step 2 to PO
If I add both sh_crm_products_po and sh_crm_products_quote apps, will both of them work together to active the above 5 step process?

Step 2 and step 3 Currently we don't have option to choose products as we add all products which specified in product tab
Step 4 and Step 5 is standard odoo steps that will work as usual.
If you install both module than you will have 2 different tabs one for Quotation and one for RFQ. If you want this as one tab than we need to customize this.
