You can't get the tracking URL from ShipStation in Odoo. However, if you are using the brand tracking page of ShipStation you can configure the URL to generate the tracking link.
Is it necessary to synchronize the products from ShipStation to Odoo before using shipping services?
Yes, you need to synchronize the products from ShipStation to Odoo before to make the shipping services work seamlessly. If you do not synchronize the products, you cannot Export Orders from Odoo to ShipStation.
Once your label is generated, you cannot modify the delivery address of the recipient. In this case, you need to cancel the Sales Order and create the new one.
