Set Employee and Cost
Go to the Project module, open your project, click the three-dot menu (⋮), and select Settings. Invoicing button visible there.
Invoicing Details
Clicked the invoicing button, select the employee the hourly cost is auto-fetched from employee hourly cost but can be edited. The unit price is derived from the project cost.
Create Vendor Bill
In the Timesheet module switch to list view, select one or multiple entries by employee. Then click the action menu and choose “Create Vendor Bill” to generate the bill instantly.
Vendor Bill Draft:
A draft vendor bill is generated based on the number of selected employees, showing a breakdown of logged hours multiplied by each employee's hourly cost.
