1. How to display float field is "null" when value is 0.00?
- Go to your xml code and add widget="float_zero" to float field, which you want to display null if value is 0.0
Example:
<field name="field_name" widget="float_zero" />
- F5 (if you edit on your website) or update module when you updated in xml code.

2. How to display float field is "null" when group-by any field(s) in odoo?
- Go to your xml code and add js_class="list_zero_null_view" to <tree> element, which you want to display "null" value when group-by
Example:
<tree js_class="list_zero_null_view" />
OR
<xpath expr="//tree" position="attributes">
<attribute name="js_class">list_zero_null_view</attribute>
<xpath>
