Twilio account required. This module integrates with Twilio Voice. You need a Twilio account, phone number, and account balance for production calls. Voice minutes are billed by Twilio (pay-as-you-go) on your own account. Optional AI features may require your own API keys (for example OpenAI) configured in Odoo settings. Module usage beyond the monthly free fair-usage allowance can be extended with In-App Purchase add-ons.
