Module Uploader

Odoo Module to upload custom modules

This is a simple module for the ERP System odoo. It will help you to install other custom modules quickly.

Installation:

Clone this repository to your odoo addons folder

reboot your odoo service

search for "uploaderModule" and click install

Module Apps -> Module Uploader -> Settings: set the path the folder where all new addons paths should be created

Enter the command to reboot your Odoo Service or Server

Module Uploader -> setup module: enter the root password of your server

(This will enable the module write access to your addons folder and to the config file to add new addons paths)

Now your are ready to install custom modules

Usage:

The apps module adds a new menu to the apps module called "Module Uploader" Following options are available:

Upload Simple Module: Installs a custom zip module into an existing addons folder
Upload Zip Modules: Installs a zip file with several modules to a new addons folder
Clone Git Repository
Reboot Server: specify the command to reboot the odoo service in the settings.
