Few Words About The Venue Booking System
This module will help you to manage your Event venue business very easily. It will provide you a lot off functionality. You can create multiple venues with multiple sub locations / area.
Main features:
- Create multiple venues and add multiple sub-location like hall, floor, room etc.
- Manage the provided amenities separately for all sub-locations
- You can also add some additional paid or complementary services in sub-location, can choose any out to them
- For the paid services you can manage the pricing on different basis like per person, per hour, per day, per event etc.
- On every booking it will check the available stock for storable product, means it will manage the stock. Eg If you create a booking and add some product quantities in it, It will reduce the stock and when the booking is done then it will add back those quantities in the stock.
- Also gives you the option for down payment, You can ask your clients to pay some for the amount when booking is confirmed.
- You can create event entry passes for all the guests, good for security purpose.
- The reporting option helps you analyse the performance of you business etc.
