Customer Invoice Cashback
This module allows you to generate Cashback entries for customer invoices.
Features @Customer Invoice Cashback
- Configure Cashback Journal inside Invoicing/Accounting -> Configure Cashback Journal
- Add Cashback Value in percentage as well as Fix Amount
- On Payment of customer invoice the cashback entry will be generated and reconciled automatically.
- While printing customer invoice cashbck amount is also mentioned in that pdf.
Configuration
Using Customer Invoice Cashback
By clicking on Cashback checkbox you can see two different fields Cashback Type and Cashback Amount. You can select the cashback type and enter the value.Cashback Amount will be calculate and display amount according your inputs.
Cashback Accounting Entries
When you register payment for particular invoice by clicking on "Register Payment" Button and validate the payment at that time cashback accounting entries are generated automatically.
View Reconciled Entries
When payment is registed for any invoice that includes cashback the entries are generated and reconciled automatically.You can view generated entries @ Invoicing -> Accounting -> Journal Entries and group by Journal.
