A user-friendly backend system enables admins to easily manage, create, and view vehicle data such as brands, models, fuel types, and parts. The app supports the creation and management of service types, service centers, repair teams, inspections, and templates, ensuring efficient planning and execution. Customers can book appointments via the frontend by selecting service centers, date, time, and providing vehicle details and issues, along with file attachments for better diagnostics. After booking, the system sends confirmation and manages workflows like diagnosis, repair estimation, job cards, and timesheets, with all details seamlessly recorded and shared via email. This helps achieve transparency, better resource management, and improved customer satisfaction.

Work Order & Timesheet:
- Admin creates work orders, adds timesheets with date, employee details, hours spent, and automatically updates the job card. Completion is marked, and status is shown in the backend.
Document Management:
- Uploads like PDFs of job cards, labels, and inspection checklists are stored and available for download in the backend. Customers can view full details and download PDFs from the frontend.
Appointment & Order Tracking:
- Admin manages appointment statuses, with options to view customer details, appointment time, vehicle info, and move to work order generation.
Customer Appointment Booking:
- Customers can select service centers, dates, and vehicle details, and attach files for diagnostics, with automated confirmation messages.
Job Card & Diagnosis:
- Generate detailed job cards, add vehicle diagnoses, and update consumed parts automatically based on diagnosis details.
Service Center Management:
- Create detailed service center profiles, including location, working hours, images, and notes, for efficient scheduling.

General
Vehicle Brand
Navigate to Vehicle Service and select Vehicle Brand. Click the new button to create a brand and view the list of all brands with their images for easy management.


Fuel Type
Access Fuel Type under Vehicle, click the new button to add a fuel type, and view the complete list of fuel types on the page.
Vehicle Type
Access the vehicle type section and select the new button to add a vehicle type. The list will then display all available vehicle types for review.


Vehicle Part
During product creation, turn on the 'Is Vehicle Part' option to facilitate proper classification. This simplifies managing and tracking vehicle parts.
Vehicle Part Filter
The vehicle part page displays only the products categorized as vehicle parts. This helps in easy management and quick access to relevant parts.


Vehicle Model
In the vehicle model section, press the new button to create a model. The system will display the available list with images for quick reference.
Fill Up Model Information
Enter the model name and select the brand; the brand image will update automatically based on your selection. Then, choose the fuel type and vehicle type to complete the setup.


Service Type
Go to Vehicle Service > Configuration > Service Type and click the new button to add a service type. The list of service types will be displayed for review and editing.
Services
In the services page, click the new button to create a new service. The available list will update to include the newly added service.


Create Service Center
Navigate to create a new service center, then fill in all relevant details such as name, address, and contact information. Afterward, select the working day/time to complete the setup.
Slot/Interval Tab On Service Center Page
Provide the start after days, adjust the interval in minutes, and specify the maximum order limit in a single slot for efficient booking.


Notes Tab On Service Center Page
Enter notes for the service center.
Repair Team
Create a new repair team by clicking the new button, then review detailed information of all repair teams in the list to facilitate organization.


Vehicle Inspection
Create a new vehicle inspection by clicking the new button, then view the list of all inspections.
Create Inspection Template
Input the name of the vehicle inspection template, then add the relevant inspection items to customize the evaluation process.


Inspection Template List
Access the list of all available inspection templates to review, select, or edit templates as needed for comprehensive vehicle assessments.
Service Centers On The Frontend
All service centers are shown on the frontend, providing customers with quick access to choose and book services at their nearest or preferred location.


Appointment Form
The customer schedules an advanced vehicle repair service by entering their details, selecting a preferred date and time, and providing vehicle information. They can also describe the repair issue and attach relevant images for better diagnostics.
Display Messages
A confirmation message appears after the appointment submission, letting the customer know that their booking has been successfully received and recorded.


Appointments Record On the Backend
The appointment records are available in the backend for review. The current status of each appointment is displayed for effective tracking.
Create Job Card
Review detailed appointment information to understand the service details. Then, create a job card and access it by clicking the job card tab for further work management.


Validation Error Popup
The assign button triggers a pop-up for selecting the close date before assigning responsibility.
Invalid Fields Message
A message appears instructing you to select the team and input the number plate of the vehicle.


Description Tab
Vehicle service details are shown in the description tab section.
Image Tab
Uploaded files appear in the image tab section of the backend job card page.


Inspection Checklist Tab
In the inspection tab on the job card page, select the vehicle inspection and click the load inspection button. This will display the inspection items included in the template, allowing you to review and check conditions.
Validation Error Popup
A pop-up will appear, prompting you to enter the vehicle's total meter reading.

Ensure service charges are added before proceeding with the diagnosis. Otherwise, a validation error will prevent the process from continuing.

Input the service charges for the vehicle to correctly account for the service fees.

Repair estimation On the Vehicle Diagnosis Page
Add vehicle part products in the repair estimation section during vehicle diagnosis for accurate cost calculation. This ensures detailed tracking of parts used in the repair process.


Consume Part Tab
When products are added in the vehicle diagnosis section, the system automatically updates the consume parts section on the job card page.
Validation Error Popup
Complete the first timesheet update to avoid validation errors. Click on the work order to ensure the timesheet is correctly recorded.


Timesheet Tab On Workorder Page
Navigate to the timesheet tab on the work order page, select the date and employee, then add a description and input the hours worked for precise reporting.
Timesheet Tab On Job Cart Page
The timesheet in the job card page updates automatically upon work order creation. This helps in maintaining accurate records of work hours spent.


Validation Error Popup
After clicking the done button, a validation pop-up appears to confirm the vehicle repair.
Done Repair Service
Ensure the vehicle repair is enabled, and then click the done button to finalize and close the repair job.


Done
The vehicle service is now complete. All necessary inspections and repairs have been finalized.
Appointment Record On the Backend
The backend records reflect the appointment status as done.


Job Card Tab On Frontend
Customers can access the job card tab directly from the frontend to view repair details and current status. Simply click on the job card tab for full visibility.

The frontend displays the job card history with real-time status updates. Click the job ID to see detailed information and progress.


Job Cart Detail
The vehicle repair details and current status are available for the customer to view. They can easily download the information in PDF format by clicking the print button.
Download PDFs On the Backend
The backend allows you to download PDFs for the job card, card label, and inspection checklist. This facilitates organized documentation and quick retrieval.


Separate Sections
The details for job cards, vehicle diagnosis, and work orders are available on separate pages.
Email List
Navigate to Settings, then Technical, and select Emails to set up email notifications. This allows you to send timely updates and alerts to both the admin and customers.


Service Request Email
An email with the service request card can be sent by the admin to the customer for updates and confirmation.
Service Request Email
The customer sends an email with the service request card details to the admin for review and further processing. This fosters clear communication.


Service Complete Email
The admin can send an email to the customer confirming the completion of the service.
