Great module, great support
We've been using Chatroom Odoo module for months and we're very happy with it.
Our Customer Service department has improved its productivity: working with whatsapp chats directly from Odoo while automatically having all the client information in the same screen is great.
Conversations are displayed at sales purchase level, contacts level... Thanks to this module we can work faster, be less redundant, be more productive.
In addition, the after/before service has been great. The module is continuously improving and can be adapted to our needs.
Real chat
There are no other similar modules, this is a real chat for whatsapp.
