Module Budget Matrix 12 Months.
This module will be automatically allocated a budget based on the planned amount and can be adjusted amount for 12 months
Features
- Enter Planned Amount in the Budget will automatically be distributed evenly over 12 months
- Easily adjust amount each month, save logs when making adjustments
- Automatically calculate the remaining amount of the month and year when the Adjust amount, 'Confirm order' or 'Cancel' in the Purchase Order
- Automatically save logs when 'Confirm' or 'Cancel' Purchase
- Easily view all logs Adjust amount and Purchase order in the budget
Module Functionality
Configuration Budgetary Positions.

Enter Planned Amount and Save in Budget.

Automatically distribute the amount evenly for each month. Compute Remain Amount(current month) and Remain Year Amount.

Click the 'Adjust Amount' button, select the month, and enter the amount you want to adjust.

After Adjust Amount, Click the 'Open' button to view detailed Adjust amount logs.

Purchase Order
Confirm and Approve Budget.

Configuration Product, select the Budgetary Positions and Account Analytics configured in Budget.

Purchase Order, select the configured product, and automatically fill in the fields. Remain Budget Month(shows the amount of the current month).

Confirm PO, automatically calculate Remain Budget Month and Remain Budget Year based on quantity and Unit Price purchased.

And also Automatically calculate Remain Budget and Remain Budget Year in Budget.

Click the 'Open' button to view detailed Purchase Order logs.
