Go to Settings > Stages > Create
Determine which stage is considered the winning stage
CRM Form
Specify the periods in which you want the report to be generated automatically, every day or every hour, depending on the business need
Create a group called Reports for Discussion and add everyone involved in the report
A notification will arrive to the group every time a report is generated
