Overview
This module will restrict the users access to his account from specified IP address only
Features
Admin Access
Administrator can set a IP or a group of IP address for each users.
User Restriction
Users can access their account only from the specified IP's.
Restricted Login
Accessing system from a non-specified IP will restrict the user login.
Warning
A warning message will be displayed.
Userwise IP
If no IP is set to user means there is not any restriction by IP. IP Address for each users can be set from users form view

Migrating to V18
Hi, we are in the process to migrate to V18 in a couple months, is there any chance for a compatible version ? we are using V18 on ODOO.sh,

Thank you for your response regarding the generic ODOO import model. It functions flawlessly. I am able to import my IP blocks without any issues. I have observed the mobile app’s behavior, and it appears that the module is functioning correctly. There are no “IP not allowed” messages displayed when attempting to login from an app, but the module does prevent the login attempt. I am currently unable to fully comprehend the functionality of the logout button on the user page, but I can confirm that all other aspects of the module are operating as intended.
Working on a V15 Entreprise (Odoo.sh) Get it working. Is there a way to import data in this module ? and how is working the LOGOUT button in the user configuration tab ? REgards,

The module currently doesn’t explicitly provide a built-in mechanism for bulk data import. However, you can use Odoo’s generic Import Tool (CSV/XLS files) to import IP restriction records by navigating to the model associated with IP restrictions. Thanks for reaching out to us. This module will restrict the user's access to his account from the specified public Internet IP only. If the user accesses his account from non-specified public Internet IP, login will be restricted and a warning message will be displayed on the login page. If no public Internet IP is specified for a user, then there will not be restrictions by public Internet IP

This app works based on the ip address, device is not relevant here.
