Trade Reference & Credit Intelligence Report

Purpose

Generate professional trade reference reports directly from Odoo Accounting. This module analyzes customer payment performance, credit history, and outstanding balances to produce an executive-ready credit report PDF.

How it works

• Select a customer using the Trade Reference Wizard.
• The system analyzes posted invoices and reconciled payments.
• It calculates strict payment settlement dates (excluding refunds and write-offs).
• Generates Days Past Due chart and Monthly Due Snapshot.
• Exports a structured Trade Reference PDF Report.

Step 1 - Access Trade Reference Report from Accounting

The Trade Reference option is available inside the Accounting module. Easily access the feature from the customer menu.

Step 2 - Select Customer from Wizard

Use the Trade Reference Wizard to select a customer and confirm Active AP Contact information before generating the report.

Step 3 - Generate Executive Trade Reference Report

Instantly generate a professional PDF report including:
