- You can now sign up as Instructor and create courses.
- You'll have all the rights to publish and un publish the course from backend.
- Admins can approve or reject courses.

Functionality and settings to Sign in & Register
- Enter your details, and register yourself.
- After registration you can now sign in by clicking on the login button.
Functionality and settings to sign up as a Instructor
- Go to home page, click on become a instructor.
- Click on get started
- Enter sign up details
Functionality and settings to send course for Approval.
- Once the course is created it's in the draft state, and you got a option for send approval request. "Click on it"
- Once clicked the state will be changed to "Pending Approval"
- Now only "Admin" can approve the courses. All unapproved courses will be available in unapproved courses.
- Select the course from the list below for approval.
- Now here you can approve or reject the course.
- Once accepted the state will be changed to "Approved", and Publish button will be available to publish the course. Courses can be published by instructors as well after approval.
- Once Published, you now have option to unpublish the course and visit the course on the website.
Functionality and settings for previewing course video
- Enter video link in "Preview URL" and go to website.
- Here you can preivew your course video.
Functionality and settings for Uploading Local Videos
- Go to elearning module, select courses menu item, under it you will find a courses sub menu.
- Click on basics of gardening, for the sake of testing this module.
- Click on edit.
- Select "Add Content" in the list view under content.
- A wizard will open, let's select type of content. Select the dropdown arrow there.
- In our case the type of content is "Video".
- Now, let's upload our video file.
- Here's mine, we have to give title as well to our content.
- Here in the list view we got our content as well.
- Let's save the form view.
- Select go to website.
- Here we have our content, we can preview it now.

- Select your course.
- Select content.
- Here's the unpublish button, to unpublish your content on the website.
